The ABS Real Estate team is highly specialized in the portfolio management of investments in logistic and office assets, and is able to structure investments for specific opportunities across sectors. The team benefits from access to off-market deals in Continental Europe.

 

A Club Deal brings together a limited number of private investors who will collectively invest into one or more properties while benefiting from ABS know-how and extensive track record of successful transaction execution. We combine experience with strong knowledge to ensure our investors receive an accurate, knowledgeable and dedicated service throughout the life cycle of their investment. Investors will also benefit from ABS long term partnerships with key selected and well renowned EU service providers specialised in legal practice, fiscal advice, property management, technical & environmental due diligence, audit, accounting and financing.

 

The selected Club Deal offering is efficiently structured as a Luxembourg securitization platform issuing profit participating notes which optimally collect interests from the cash flows generated by each investment. The minimum deal size starts at  €40 million and the investment is directly managed by the dedicated Real Estate team at ABS (as portfolio manager).
