Nick Cooper has both an extensive and deep knowledge of the Real Estate industry (+35y experience, former Chairman of the Association of Real Estate property Funds, a UK industry trade body) \u2013 as well as long-lasting relationship with Arab Bank Switzerland.<\/p>\n
Nick Cooper\u2019s experience in the Real Estate industry is definitely a major benefit for the Fund and we thank him for this renewed partnership.<\/p>\n

Nick Cooper is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 35+ years of industry experience in real estate investment management including assisting many institutional clients from around the world to create and manage their real estate strategies.<\/p>\n
Today he acts as advisor to a number of companies including Savills IM, where he chairs their global executive committee with particular emphasis on the strategic direction of the business. He also works with E3 Capital Partners in Hong Kong whose principle business lines include self-storage in Hong Kong .<\/p>\n
Prior to this he was a main board director of The Townsend Group, one of the world\u2019s largest real estate consultants and advisors, and where he was member of its global investment committee. As part of this role he worked in both London and the mid-west United States.<\/p>\n
Before joining Townsend, Nick was CEO and founder of ING Real Estate Select, ING\u2019s global multimanager business (now CBRE GIP), as well as a member of ING Real Estate\u2019s Global Board.<\/p>\n
